The Ponteland Winter Ale Festival is a fundraiser for the Ponteland Memorial Hall Registered Charity 1188263.

Tickets are issued for either the Friday or Saturday Sessions. They are not interchangeable.

Accompanied children permitted until 1900.

Last orders will be called at 2145.

All ticket holders will be issued with a wristband. Attached wristbands are required for all alcohol purchases and for readmission.

You are not permitted to bring your own food or alcoholic beverages into the Festival.

Food is available from Street Food Vans parked on the East Side of the Hall.

No alcoholic drinks will be served to anyone appearing to be under 18 years of age unless proof of age can be produced.

No alcoholic drinks will be served to anyone suspected of being intoxicated or to anyone attempting to purchase for persons suspected of being intoxicated.

Please help us to keep the Hall clean and tidy by using the litter bins/facilities provided.

Dogs (except for guide dogs) are not allowed in the Hall.

The Hall and surrounding grounds are strictly No Smoking and No Vaping Areas.

Beer, Lager and Cider in the main Hall can only be purchased using tokens. One token = ½ Pint. Tokens are available for sale in the main Hall. Five tokens for £10.

Drinks from the Lounge Bar and food from the Street Food Vans can only be purchased with cash or card. They do not accept tokens .
